Meet the staff
Duane and Sharon Swanson
Senior Pastor
Pastor Duane has been serving in ministry for over 37 years in a variety of roles, including children’s and youth ministries, associate pastor, and as Children’s Ministries Director for both the Illinois and North Texas Districts of the Assemblies of God.
He and his wife, Sharon, have been married for 36 years and are blessed with three children, four grandsons, and four granddaughters.
Known for his big heart and genuine love for people, Pastor Duane has become a spiritual dad and grandpa to many within the church family—especially to those who may not have that presence in their lives. His passion for ministry, compassion for others, and down-to-earth leadership style make him a true shepherd who cares deeply for every person who walks through the doors of All Generations Church.
Jerry Gould
Executive Pastor
Pastor Jerry Gould has served in ministry for over 30 years in a variety of leadership roles within the church. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Renewal Leadership from Regent University and has a heart for strengthening and equipping the local church. Pastor Jerry has served as a church consultant, life coach, and Dean of Students at Bethel College, as well as Regional Director for Operation Breaking Through in Newport News, where he worked with over 30 churches to mobilize them for outreach. His passion is to see the body of Christ grow in unity, purpose, and effectiveness in reaching their communities for Jesus.
Eli Beckett
Young Adults and Creative Arts Director
Eli brings energy and joy wherever she goes — you always know when she’s in the room! As the Young Adult and Creative Arts Director, she pours her creativity and passion into helping others connect with God in authentic and expressive ways. Eli has a deep love for the next generation of emerging leaders and is passionate about helping them grow in their faith, discover their purpose, and live boldly for Christ. With her big, bubbly personality and heart for people, she lights up every space she’s in. Her two children are the center of her world, and her joy for life shines through everything she does — whether she’s leading worship, designing visuals, or simply sharing a laugh in the lobby.
David and Cameran Foote
Youth Directors
David and Cameran Foote create a space for students to grow in faith, build community, and boldly live for Christ. They have served in this role for nearly two years and are passionate about raising up a generation that knows and loves Jesus.
David is currently pursuing his degree in Ministry Leadership with a focus on Youth from Ascent College, equipping him to lead and disciple the next generation with excellence and purpose. Cameran loves crafting and serving in various areas of the church, bringing creativity and heart to everything she does.
The Footes have two children: Ashley, who works at the Newport News Shipyard, and Trevor, who is beginning his first year at Valley Forge.
Shawn and Rebekah Guarino
Children's Directors
Shawn and Rebekah Guarino lead the AllGen Kids ministry where they are passionate about helping children encounter Jesus and build a lifelong foundation of faith. They have served as Children’s Directors for nearly two years, creating a fun, Christ-centered environment where kids can learn, grow, and discover God’s love. In addition, Shawn also serves as the Senior Commander for the church’s Royal Rangers program, mentoring boys to become strong, Christ-like leaders. Shawn works full-time at the Newport News Shipyard, and Rebekah homeschools their son, Ryker. Together, they love seeing the next generation come alive in their walk with God.
